We run complementary programs and events that empower and spotlight creatives, giving them platforms to showcase their talent, grow their careers, and drive social impact. From emerging artists to established professionals, active participation equips creatives to lead change in their communities.
Our multifaceted approach includes in-house initiatives, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that amplify our reach and effectiveness. These include:
Artist’s Welfare & Empowerment Initiatives:
The VIGA Welfare and Empowerment Initiatives address the unique challenges artists face by providing comprehensive support for professional, healthy, secure, and fulfilling lives. Through the Victors Community, VIGA SACCO, and the Arts Fraternity Fellowship (TAFF), we foster a sustainable, supportive society that empowers artists to thrive.
Outreach Programs:
These are inspirational and socially engaging activities. They include the VIGA Museum & Wall of Honor, Next Generation Mi-Artist (NextGeM), festivals, symposia, and Gospel Unplugged.
Media Initiatives
These are innovations integrating visual-audio-print-digital platforms to profile creatives, promote their work and archive their progress. They extend into mentorship for and the empowerment of budding media practitioners, and the provision of inspiring faith-inspired and gospel entertainment content.
Our broader vision is to set up visual‑audio production units that document the journeys and processes of the artists we work with, creating a comprehensive record. This content could be featured on online and mainstream broadcast platforms, as well as in print—such as VIGA Magazine—boosting artists’ recognition and reach while strengthening the creative and media landscapes.
Awards
The VIGA Awards are annual celebrations to acknowledge and honor outstanding creatives, and inspire excellence in faith-inspired arts and media. Through Harmony 360, the awards incorporate and reward themes that promotes social-green-civic values.
