Introduction

The Victors Community is a VIGA empowerment program, operating as a semi-autonomous network for VIGA Awards winners, nominees, and allied creatives and industry practitioners. Members connect, collaborate, and grow their influence—grounded in spirituality, wellbeing, and creativity. It also serves as an outreach platform that opens doors for public engagement and social impact.

Who becomes a member?

Members include VIGA Awards nominees and winners, VIGA staff, ministry and business partners, and creative-industry stakeholders across the creative ecosystem—particularly faith-inspired creatives, promoters, artist managers, media professionals, producers, event-service providers, arts-organizations’ staff and faith-inspired art fans—who pass a selective vetting process.

Membership is voluntary by application and paying registration in one of the tiers qualified below:

  1. Platinum Membership: VIGA Awards Winners, and VIGA & Partners Executives
  2. Gold Membership: VIGA Awards Nominees, and VIGA & Partners Staff.
  3. Silver Membership: Interested Industry Stakeholders (non-VIGA Awards victors)
  4. Bronze Membership: VIGA Fans

Registration and Subscription requirements and procedure:

  • Fill an application and registration form
  • Attach a copy of National ID or passport and a passport photo.
  • Pay membership or registration fee & receive your Prestige Members Card.
  • Pay biennial (2 years) or annual (1 year) subscription accordingly; Jan-Dec or Jun-Jul
  • Only fully registered and subscribed members can access the respective benefits

2 Gold Ugx 50,000 Ugx 30k (Biennial); Ugx 20k is subsidized by VIGA Awards
3 Silver Ugx 50,000 Ugx 50,000 (Biennial, 2 years)
4 Bronze Ugx 50,000 Ugx 50,000 (Annual, 1 year)

 

Special considerations

  • The Victors Community confers Honorary Membership on esteemed partners and exceptional industry contributors.
  • Platinum and Honorary cardholders are exempt from recurrent subscription fees.
  • The Victors Community is federated with FGAU. Interested members subscription with FGAU is covered by the Victors Community.

Governance

The Victors Community is semi-autonomous, led by an executive committee of appointed and elected officers who serve three-year renewable terms. The committee comprises the following offices, which are open to all eligible members to contest under the governance charter:

  • President (with 4 regional Deputies for Buganda, Northern, Eastern & Western regions)
