JAKARTA – A number of shares managed to record increases during the trading week on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (AT) for the period 4-8 May 2026, along with the strengthening of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) by 0.18 percent to the level of 6,969,396.
The shares recorded as experiencing the sharpest strengthening in trading this week included PT Ekamas Mora Republik Tbk (MORA), which rose 58.24 percent from 4,710 positions last week, to 7,500 at the close of this week.
The next position was followed by PT Asia Pramulia Tbk (ASPR) which rose 57.24 percent from the previous week’s position of 290 to 456 at the close of this week. Followed by PT Hetzer Medical Indonesia (MEDS) which rose 51.95 percent from a price of 77 to 117 this week.
PT Equity Development Investment (GMSF) also experienced a strengthening of 41 percent from its previous position at level 100 to 141 at the close of this week. PT Asuransi Bina Dana Arta (ABDA) strengthened 39.15 percent, from a price of 2,580 last week to 3,590 this week.
Other issuers also recorded strengthening, such as NIKL strengthening 32.23 percent to level 400, CTTH strengthening 32.89 percent to level 202, KAEF strengthening 32.85 percent to level 653, and IRRA strengthening 32.12 percent to level 510.
Overall, trading activity on the IDX throughout the week showed an increase. The average daily transaction value rose 26.14 percent to IDR 23.05 trillion from IDR 18.27 trillion in the previous week. Average daily transaction volume also increased 23.57 percent to 45.85 billion shares.
