JAKARTA – Park Hyatt Jakarta presents an international culinary collaboration with Zuzzona Restaurant through the Itameshi concept or a combination of Japanese and Italian cuisine at KITA Restaurant.
Founder of Zozzona Restaurant, Christopher Mark, said he was enthusiastic about being able to bring Zuzzona’s signature culinary experience to Jakarta through collaboration with Park Hyatt Jakarta.
“First of all, we are very happy and proud to be working with Park Hyatt. This is an extraordinary brand and we are big fans of them. We are also very happy to be in Jakarta, because this city has a very interesting culinary world (food and beverage scene), lots of talented chefs, and lots of great people here. We just want to bring a little taste of what we do here,” said Chris to iNews Media Group, Friday (8/5/2026).

According to Chris, Jakarta is an attractive market because of the dynamic development of its culinary industry. Society is also open to new concepts.
“Jakarta is a really great market to be in. The market is constantly growing, people are daring to try new things, and there is a lot of excitement here,” said Chris.
