The daughters honored Tyko – now his rally car is on the shop floor

Tyko Nilsson, crane truck driver and rally enthusiast, was posthumously awarded Horse Driver of the Year in 2024.

For the prize money, SEK 10,000, the daughters Karolina Persson and Magdalena Svensson chose to have an image of their father’s rally car made – in Jinert blue.

On Monday, it was inaugurated on the farm plot in Hästveda.

Now it stands there on the mall lot, just a few meters from the BP pump: Tyko Nilsson’s rally car.
