- Following significant public demand and a review of industry dynamics, the VIGA Music Awards now accepts and considers open submissions of works from interested parties, aiming to provide a fair opportunity for nomination.
- To be considered for nomination, any artist or work submitted must have been released within the identified eligible period.
- A song or artist may be submitted in multiple categories. All submissions require a separate form and an Administrative Levy, which is not a guarantee for nomination.
- By submitting their work(s), artist(s) and/or their representative(s) grant VIGA Music Awards the right to use the submitted material across various media platforms for marketing and promotional purposes.
