JAKARTA – Program electricity discount 50 percent PLN will apply again in April 2026. This program is in the form of a 50 percent additional discount on electricity which is being held again by PT PLN (Persero) until April 28 2026.

PLN is presenting a 50 percent additional electricity power discount program “Power Up Real, Listrik Aman Kerja Lancar” to support the implementation of Work From Home (WFH) in society following the issuance of government policy regarding this matter.

Electricity Discount Schedule

The 50 percent additional discount promo for electricity runs from April 15 to April 28 2026.

The 50 percent additional power discount promo is aimed at single-phase low voltage customers with initial power ranging from 450 volt amperes (VA) to 5,500 VA who want to add power up to 7,700 VA.

PLN’s explanation regarding electricity discounts

PLN Retail and Commerce Director Adi Priyanto explained that the WFH momentum has caused household electricity needs to increase. For this reason, the company presents this program to provide people with comfort, so they can carry out optimal activities from home.

“Through this program, PLN wants to make it easier for customers to add electricity at a lower cost, so that people can carry out activities at home, especially WFH, comfortably without worrying about lack of power,” said Adi in Jakarta, Thursday (16/4/2026).

Save 50 Percent Costs

As an illustration, customers with an initial power of 1,300 VA who want to increase the power to 7,700 VA only need to pay IDR 3,100,800, or a 50 percent savings compared to the normal cost of IDR 6,201,600.
