GAZA – Israeli air attacks on Gaza on the eve of Eid al-Adha, Tuesday (26/5/2026), killed at least 9 people. This attack launched by the Zionist army was a violation of the ongoing ceasefire.
Reported TRTin the latest attack, three Palestinians, including a woman, were killed and 20 others injured after Israeli warplanes hit a residential building in the South Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli warplanes fired several missiles at the building, causing major damage in the area.
Five other Palestinians were injured in an Israeli attack that targeted the roof of a residential building in the Rimal neighborhood, according to the source.
Earlier, two Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an attack targeting civilian vehicles west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza. Medical sources said the bodies of the two victims arrived at the Nasser Medical Complex badly burned and could not be immediately identified.
Witnesses said an Israeli drone targeted a civilian vehicle in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.
Previously, four Palestinians were killed in an Israeli attack targeting a crowd of civilians east of the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza.
At dawn, a Palestinian woman was injured by Israeli army gunfire after refugee tents were targeted in Khan Younis.
